My Mission

At the core of life is connection—connection to ourselves, to nature, to a higher power, and to one another. I became a psychotherapist because I deeply believe that connection is what truly matters. Yet, it’s so easy for all of us to get swept up in the immediate demands of life and lose sight of what’s truly important.

My hope for anyone I work with is to deepen their connection to something meaningful—whether that’s gaining a better understanding of themselves, discovering their life’s purpose, or learning to love more fully. My goal is to help you integrate the wisdom of your heart and mind, to expand your capacity for growth, and to embrace the beauty of what it means to be human.

My Bio

I am a graduate of Union College and Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, and I’ve been practicing as a therapist for over 20 years. Originally from Minnesota, my journey has taken me to Los Angeles, Boulder, and now New York City. Along the way, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for the transformative power of relationships, which I hold as the foundation of a meaningful life. Family is at the heart of everything I do—my husband, three daughters, extended family, and friends inspire me daily. This belief in the centrality of connection informs my work, as I strive to help my clients build and nurture the quality relationships that bring fulfillment and resilience to their lives. My practice is rooted in compassion, insight, and a commitment to helping others thrive emotionally and relationally.
